Matching pickups, box trucks, utility trucks & trailers
Truck Fleet Wraps for Pickups, Box Trucks and More
Truck fleet wraps give every truck in your company the same brand, adapted to each truck’s size and body. A pickup, a utility truck and a box truck have very different surfaces, so the design is planned truck by truck while the logo, colors and message stay the same. RoadRunner Wraps designs, prints and installs truck fleet wraps at our shop in Beltsville, Maryland, and handles projects nationwide.
We’ve completed more than 70,000 vehicles since 1988, and fleet discounts are available. For a general overview of fleet projects, see our fleet wraps page.

Why Wrap Your Trucks as a Fleet
- Every truck says the same thing. Customers recognize your company whichever truck arrives at the job.
- Each truck gets the right layout. Text and logos are sized and placed for that truck, not stretched from another one.
- One approval covers the fleet. You sign off on the brand once, and each truck’s proof shows how it fits.
- New trucks can join later. Additional trucks can carry the established look without matching older ones panel for panel.

Matching the Wrap to the Truck’s Job
Trucks in the same fleet don’t all do the same work. The company name, logo and colors stay consistent, while the coverage and layout follow how each truck is used.
| Truck | Design priority | Coverage to consider |
|---|---|---|
| Pickup or supervisor truck | Keep the company identifiable around toolboxes, racks and equipment | Partial wrap or lettering |
| Utility or service truck | Work around compartments, doors and hardware | Partial or full wrap |
| Box truck | Use the large sides and rear without crowding the message | Full or partial wrap (box truck wraps) |
| Trailer | Stay recognizable while parked or in motion | Full or partial wrap (trailer wraps) |
How to Plan a Truck Fleet Wrap
- Lock the brand elements. Decide on one logo, color set, service line and phone number for every truck.
- List every truck. Include year, make, model, body style and any equipment such as racks or toolboxes. Our fleet wrap checklist shows what to gather.
- Choose coverage by role. A box truck may carry a full wrap while a supervisor’s pickup uses a partial wrap.
- Review each truck’s proof. Check phone numbers, web addresses and placement before anything is printed. See the fleet wrap design guide.
- Schedule installs in waves. Trucks are brought in a few at a time so the rest keep working. See how long a fleet wrap takes.
What Does a Truck Fleet Wrap Cost?
Our prices include design, printing and installation. Partial wraps start around $500, and box trucks, trailers and larger trucks are quoted by size. Fleet discounts are available.
Because truck fleets are usually a mix of vehicles, each truck type is priced on its own, then the fleet discount is applied. For vans and SUVs, see our vehicle wrap pricing page.
Keep Trucks on the Road
- Tell us which trucks are available and on which days.
- Approve one design set so every truck after the first goes faster.
- Ask about scheduling so downtime fits your busy season.

Truck Fleet Wrap FAQs
What are truck fleet wraps?
Truck fleet wraps are matching vinyl graphics applied across a company’s trucks, so every truck carries the same brand even when the trucks are different sizes or models.
Can pickups and box trucks share the same design?
They can share the same logo, colors and message. The layout is adapted to each truck, because a pickup and a box truck have very different surfaces. You approve each truck’s proof before printing.
How much does it cost to wrap a fleet of trucks?
Partial wraps start around $500, and box trucks, trailers and larger trucks are quoted by size. Fleet discounts are available. Send your truck list and photos for an exact quote.
Do I need to take all my trucks off the road at once?
No. Installs can be scheduled in waves so most of your trucks stay in service. Tell us which trucks are available and when.
Can new trucks be added to the fleet later?
Yes. We save your approved designs, so new trucks can carry the established look. They don’t need to match older trucks panel for panel.
