Make Your Working Vehicles Recognizable as One Company
Your fleet is visible throughout the workday. Vehicles arrive at customer properties, park at job sites, travel between appointments, and make deliveries. Commercial fleet wraps give those vehicles a consistent identity so people can recognize your company wherever its teams operate.
RoadRunner Wraps designs, produces, and installs graphics for fleets of cars, vans, trucks, and trailers. We can develop a look for a new fleet or update vehicles with different or outdated graphics. Each wrap is planned for the vehicle carrying it, while the fleet remains connected by the same brand.

Wraps Designed for the Work Each Vehicle Does
Fleet vehicles may belong to the same business but serve different purposes. A technician’s van needs to identify the company when it arrives at a home. A delivery truck may be seen most often from behind in traffic. A supervisor’s pickup might spend hours parked at a job site with equipment that obscures part of its body.
The graphics should account for those conditions. The company name, logo, and colors can stay consistent, while the message and its placement adapt to each vehicle.
| Fleet vehicle | Important design consideration |
|---|---|
| Service van | Keep the company and service clear from the sides and rear |
| Pickup or work truck | Place branding around toolboxes, racks, and smaller panels |
| Box truck | Use its large sides and rear without crowding the message |
| Trailer | Make the business recognizable while parked or in motion |
RoadRunner creates graphics for vans and Sprinters, work trucks, box trucks, cars, trailers, and other commercial vehicles. Knowing how each group is used helps us develop graphics that make sense in the places customers will see them.
One Brand Across Different Makes and Models
A consistent fleet does not need identical artwork on every vehicle. The broad panel of a box truck, the sliding door of a cargo van, and the smaller side of a pickup each call for a different layout. Enlarging or shrinking one design can make a phone number difficult to read or place a logo across a door seam.
We begin with the elements that identify your company: its logo, colors, typography, service description, and contact details. Our wrap design team then adapts them to the available space on each make and model. The goal is for customers to recognize the same business whether a van or a truck arrives.
This matters when a fleet changes over time. New vehicles can carry the established look without needing to match older models panel for panel. See RoadRunner’s fleet wrap gallery for examples across different vehicle types.
Choose Coverage That Fits the Fleet
Some businesses choose full wraps for a strong visual presence across every vehicle. Others use different amounts of coverage for different roles. A delivery truck may carry extensive graphics, while a service pickup uses a partial wrap that works with its existing paint color.
For vehicles that primarily need clear identification, vehicle lettering or decals may be appropriate. The fleet can still look coordinated when the logo, colors, and core wording are planned together.
Coverage should serve the message and the business’s needs. We can discuss the options for your vehicle mix and budget before the designs are finalized. RoadRunner’s vehicle wrap pricing page explains some of the factors that affect cost; a fleet quote can account for the vehicles and coverage you have in mind.
Design, Production, and Installation
A commercial fleet project begins with the vehicles involved. Their number, makes, models, current graphics, and availability help define the scope. If you have brand guidelines or existing artwork, we can review how they will translate to the different vehicles. If you are establishing a new look, our team can develop graphics from your company branding.
Before production, you can review the designs for consistency and check details such as phone numbers, web addresses, and service descriptions. This is particularly useful when the artwork varies between vehicle models or when different teams need different information displayed.
RoadRunner produces the approved graphics and coordinates wrap installation for the project. If some vehicles already carry wraps or lettering, let us know. We also provide wrap removal when existing graphics need to be replaced.
If vehicles must remain in service during the project, tell us which can be made available and when. We can discuss the work in relation to your fleet’s operating schedule when preparing the quote.
